Hello! My industry experience includes tech, media, design, healthcare, and many other domains. I offer over 20 years of HR-related experience within small to large, highly matrixed environments. I have led hiring, built people processes, performed compliance administration, total rewards oversight, HRIS/ATS/CRM implementation, and handled complex employee relations matters.
From facilitating recruitment for Corporate, Executive, and Tech hiring to hourly roles, I have also built a reputation for excellence in talent acquisition. Rather than the standard "used car sales approach," I make decisions with data as my guide. I offer an authentic approach to talent sourcing and attraction that has garnered trust as a thought partner with candidates, managers, and employees.
